Event Cancellation Policy

2025 Northeast District Meeting
The American Academy of Implant Dentistry – Northeast District reserves the right to cancel all or any part of this course should circumstances warrant such action. In the event the meeting is cancelled, the Northeast District will refund the full tuition and will not be responsible for any other damages. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by April 4, 2025 for a 100% refund; or between April 5 and April 25, 2025, for a 50% refund.  No refunds will be made after April 25, 2025. All cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee, regardless of when cancellation notice received.

In the event the meeting is cancelled, the Central District will refund the full tuition and will not be responsible for any other damages. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by April 1, 2025 for a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after April 1, 2025.
