Request CE Records and Verification of Attendance

AAID meeting attendees can request their CE records* and verification of attendance letters. Please read the following information to find the best option by which to obtain this information:

Retrieving CE for Educational Events beginning in 2018 and beyond

If you electronically submitted your CE for an AAID event before the deadline, log in to the meeting site and download your CE transcript and/or verification of attendance letter. You have access to this login and can reference your documents at any time.

If you missed the deadline, please fill out this form to request your CE records.

Retrieving CE before 2018

Please fill out this form to request CE records and verification of attendance letters. You will receive a response from AAID within 7 to 10 business days. Please email education@aaid.com if you have specific questions about the process. 

*In accordance with ADA CERP Standard XIV, 5, and AGD PACE Standard XI, 1, AAID keeps individual CE records for 7 years.
