Moderator Instructions

Thank you so much for registering for the upcoming AAID Annual Conference in Atlanta, November 13-16, 2024. As a moderator, you will be introducing the speaker using a provided script, assisting attendees as necessary, and staying until the end of the workshop or lecture to give out the CE code information. We ask that you arrive to the session you will be moderating at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.

Upon completion of your assignment, you will receive a complementary registration for that session.

New for 2024, we will be hosting a speaker/moderator breakfast each morning of the conference from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. You are invited to join us for a complimentary buffet breakfast on the morning of your moderator assignment. The script and your moderator pin to wear at your session will be available at the breakfast check-in desk. This is also an excellent opportunity to meet your speaker(s) prior to the session.
