New AAID Fellow and Associate Fellow Check-In

Required: Annual Business Meeting

No personal items are allowed. Please do not bring purses, computers, cameras, books, or coats as there is no secure storage space.

A professional photographer will take photographs of each member of the 2024 Class of Associate Fellows and Fellows as s/he is introduced at the Business Meeting. Photographs will be shared with inductees after the conference. Details to come.

After your induction you will become a voting member of the AAID and are asked to stay for the business portion of the meeting.

You MUST pick up your certificate immediately AFTER the Business Meeting outside the ballroom. The table will close 30 minutes after the Business Meeting. Certificates that are not picked up can be mailed to you for a $75 USD fee for US residents/$100 USD internationally. If you are not picking up your certificate onsite and want it mailed, you must email us with instructions AFTER the meeting at credentialing@aaid.com. We will reach out to you for billing information.

Highly Encouraged: President’s Celebration

Tickets are required for this event: One (1) ticket is included with full conference or guest registration; you will use your badge for entrance. Additional tickets are $55 for each adult and $25 each for children. Tickets for non-registered guests and children can be purchased on-site at the annual conference registration desk. Tickets must be purchased before noon on Saturday, November 16.

You are only required to attend the Business Meeting on Saturday, November 16. If you are only attending the Business Meeting (and not the conference), you should check in with AAID staff in Regency V for the Induction Ceremony at noon.
